Job Summary:

Performs basic custodial services. Be able to interpret schedules, and work

duties. Background check required.

Essential Duties:

• Performs all general required tasks as directed by Lead Custodian or Crew

Lead Supervisor.

• Performs general custodial functions such as sweeping, mopping, dusting,

cleaning windows, light fixtures, carpet, and tile floors.

• Restroom maintenance, replenishing supplies and applying cleaning

chemicals as appropriate.

• Operates floor maintenance equipment, including buffers, strippers,

upright and backpack vacuums.

• Performs related duties as assigned.

• Will need experience and knowledge of using janitorial equipment and

chemicals.

• Standing, bending, and lifting for hours at a time.

• This position may work, weekends, and holidays.

• Able to read and communicate in English.

Shift Hours

Shift hours will vary depending on scheduled events as it varies day to day

and week to week.

Starting Pay

$13.50 an hour

May work up to 25-29 hours a week Monday through Sunday.

Requirements:

• Will need experience and knowledge of using janitorial equipment and

chemicals.

• Ability to understand and read English and Spanish

• Repetitive motion involved daily may include, but not limited to, bending,

twisting, pushing, pulling, reaching, climbing, and squatting.

• Can work independently.

• Must be able to pass a background check.

• Desire to serve others.

Education and Certifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
