CREATIVE ARTS RESIDENT

The Creative Arts Resident has the opportunity for the summer to be a fully functioning member of The Creative Arts Team. This person will work on projects, attend meetings, and be a part of creative planning and discussion. Responsibilities will include working summer events and being a part of the live production team on Sunday mornings.

The Creative Arts Resident works under the direction of the Creative Arts Team and reports directly to the Creative Arts Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist Production Team with Summer Events

• Assist the Production Team on various summer events such as VBS, Next Gen Camps, and Weekend Services.
• The Creative Arts Resident will fill various roles during these events as they learn different skills throughout the summer.

Work through Resident Projects for Summer

• Resident will be assigned projects to complete on their own.

Participate in Resident Activities

• Fully participate in The Heights Summer Resident program.

Participate in Creative Team Meetings

• The Creative Arts Resident is expected to participate in Creative Team meetings for two purposes: 1) Offer a different creative perspective from their vantage point and 2) learn how to work as a part of a creative team.

Perform Other Duties and Tasks as Assigned
