Toyota Carlsbad Collision Center has an immediate need for an Office Clerk / Receptionist .

Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service and office support.

Hours : Monday-Friday 9am-6pm or 8am to 5pm

Major Essential Duties

• Ensure that each customer receives exceptional customer service by providing a friendly environment.
• Collect money for repair orders and other cash transactions.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 1-2 years experience with a multi-line phone in a busy public environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Collision Center experience preferred.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Demonstrated organizational skills.
• Must exhibit a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must have a clean driving record.
