Roles and Responsibilities:

We are currently looking for an experienced and skilled Automotive Service Sales Associate. Those that understand cars & take pride in keeping them safe and maintained. The role of this position includes, but is not limited to, maintaining shop flow, sales for offered products and services, constant communication with customers, etc... Once trained on key functions, this position will will be supporting all Tire World locations. If this sounds like you, “WE WANT YOU!!!”

Requirements:

• Maintaining shop flow by supporting technicians and front counter
• Great customer service skills with a Positive attitude
• In depth car knowledge
• Able to handle multiple priorities
• Able to lift 35lbs.
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work and excel in a team environment

Preferred Skills:

• Sales experience in an Automotive Front Counter retail setting (2~5 years desired)
• Proven track record of customer relationship building
• Tire sales experience a plus (2~5 years desired)

Additional Notes:

· Hours of Operation:

7:00~5:00 (Mon-Fri), 7:00~12:00 (Sat) – 52.5 Hours

· Location – Murfreesboro, Smyrna, LaVergne TN. (Based on Smyrna)
