Requirements/Responsibilities
Introduce Tide Dry Cleaners benefits to new customers in an upbeat / exciting manner
Build customer loyalty through personalized service (go the extra mile to delight them)
Resolve client issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Our stores are clean, bright, fresh and air conditioned! Our process is environmentally friendly using Green Earth dry cleaning technology (and Tide/Downy products). We have a full-service drive thru service for drop-off & pick-up, 24-hour automated kiosk and our stores are spotless.
