Swan Lake Resort is looking to add a Banquet Prep Cook to work alongside our Banquet Chef to prepare meals according to menu specifications for our Conference Center events. The candidate must be a team player who is able to follow direction, deliver well prepared meals, and be comfortable in a fast paced environment. Skills and responsibilities we are looking for in a candidate include:

• Ability to set up work station
• Prep ingredients to use in meal preparation
• Cook using various techniques and utensils
• Keep work station sanitized and orderly
• Ensure proper food storage practice is followed
