Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln is seeking a Service Loaner Agent to become a part of an efficient and customer-oriented service department.

The Service Loaner Agent helps ensure complete customer satisfaction by keeping track of the loaner vehicles distributed to customers while their vehicles are being serviced.

The ideal candidate has a high energy level, positive attitude, desire to work in a fast-paced environment, and a valid driver’s license.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overseeing and caring for fleet of 70 loaner vehicles
• Utilize loaner software program to issue and monitor loaner vehicle usage
• Assessing each vehicle with guest during check out and check in
• Perform audits to maintain vehicle inventory
• Provides customers with necessary vehicle loaner contract and agreements, ensures accuracy and completeness per loaner car regulations
• Collect unexpired data and enter into software program to provide contract.
• Inspect vehicles upon return for damage, mileage and fuel.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Attention to detail and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Have a positive attitude and be customer service oriented
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• 18 years of age with a valid drivers’ license and clean driving record
• Successfully pass a background check
