Savello USA, Inc. is Hiring a Remote Order Entry Staff (Inside Sales)
Savello USA, Inc., Importer of Fine Italian Foods, located in Hanover Township is looking for a F/T person responsible for correspond with customers in a very pleasant way, using micro soft office and outlook. Be able to use the company's dedicated software program; this includes meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Take order over the phone or via e-mail. Put order in the system, advice trucks for pickup, communicate with warehouse, produce bill of ladings, track shipments, ect.
Requirements and Conditions:
Prior experience working in order entry department and or sales is required.
Computer experience a must.
Attention to details.
Knowledge of administrative and managing files and records.
Ability to communicate with customers.
Job requires being, honest and ethical, max concentration to the tasks.
Job requires being reliable, calm, responsible, dependable, and fulfilling obligations.
Job requires cooperation, being pleasant with others on the job and displaying a good- natured.
Benefits:
Day Shift (8:00AM-4:30PM) No weekend or Holidays.
