Savello USA, Inc., Importer of Fine Italian Foods, located in Hanover Township is looking for a F/T person responsible for correspond with customers in a very pleasant way, using micro soft office and outlook. Be able to use the company's dedicated software program; this includes meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Take order over the phone or via e-mail. Put order in the system, advice trucks for pickup, communicate with warehouse, produce bill of ladings, track shipments, ect.

• Prior experience working in order entry department and or sales is required.
• Computer experience a must. 
• Attention to details. 
• Knowledge of administrative and managing files and records.
• Ability to communicate with customers.
• Job requires being, honest and ethical, max concentration to the tasks. 
• Job requires being reliable, calm, responsible, dependable, and fulfilling obligations.
• Job requires cooperation, being pleasant with others on the job and displaying a good- natured.

• Day Shift (8:00AM-4:30PM) No weekend or Holidays.
