Responsibilities:
* -Demonstrate a "servant's heart" by creating unique and personalized experiences
* -Assist customers by phone, email, chat, text, and social media
* -Schedule service reservations for customers
* -Own all customer issues or concerns
* -Escalate customer concerns as needed
* -Work closely with sales and service departments to resolve any issues
Requirements:
* -High school diploma
* -Organization and attention to detail
* -Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs
* -Strong written and verbal communication skills
* -Genuine desire to solve problems
* -Ability to think critically
* -Ability to show empathy toward customers while handling their requests
* -Ability to actively listen
* -A minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute
* -Ability to multitask
* -Availability to work evenings and weekends
* -Previous hospitality industry experience preferred
