Front Desk Job Description
Reports to : Assistant General Manager / Manager on Duty
Description :
Serves clients and visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; helps keep appointments running on-time;
maintains office operations by receiving and distributing communications; maintaining supplies and equipment; maintains facility appearance and cleanliness.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to) :
delivering supplies to work stations.
upholds standards of all signed contracts.
Other Duties : Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications and Requirements :
answer phone lines; etc.
Uniforms : Front Desk staff are required to wear SafeSplash®uniforms which include a white SafeSplash®t-shirt and royal blue shorts SafeSplash®will provide one (1) t-shirt per calendar year per employee.
Additional uniforms must be purchased by the employee from SafeSplash®at or below cost. The uniform must be maintained in a clean, professional manner.
If at anytime a supervisor determines an employee’s uniform is inappropriate he / she may require the employee to purchase an additional uniform.
If at any time a uniform is not being worn during assigned instructing hours a supervisor will ask you to put on your uniform.
If no uniform is present you will be required to buy a new uniform or be sent home without pay without pay.
Hours : 3-30 hours per week
Compensation : Commensurate with experience and skills
