Sam's Car Wash is seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative at our brand new, state of the art Car Wash In Frederick. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow within one of the best car washes in the area. Sam's is the oldest family owned and operated Car Wash in the DMV.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is willing and able to excel in a fast paced environment, learn and maintain exceptional customer service, be accountable, reliable and hard working.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile, A attitude, clean attire and appearance, and clear understanding of the systems and car wash offerings.
• Help customers and members select products based on their needs
• Sell Memberships.
• Learn and execute the opening and closing the wash.
• Execute frequent inspections of the assigned wash grounds to maintain cleanliness.
• Interact professionally with other team members and customers.
• Perform other duties as business needs require.

Job Requirements

• 16 Years of age (requires a work permit for under 18yrs of age).
• Effective/clear communication skills. English as a primary language.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail, customer-service, and/or carwash experience a plus.
• Ability to lift /move up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to stand/walk for duration of shift
• Flexibility to work various schedules such as weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
• Shifts are generally 8 hours but may change depending on wash needs and weather.
• Work on the store’s busiest days, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $15 per hour Commission

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
