• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on potential investment opportunities, including market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and financial performance
• Evaluate investment opportunities and perform financial modeling to assess potential returns and risks
• Assist in due diligence efforts, reviewing financial statements, conducting market research, and assessing management teams
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and other materials for Investment Committee meetings
• Monitor and track portfolio company performance, including key metrics, milestones, and market trends
• Collaborate with the services team to support portfolio companies and contribute to strategic initiatives
• Actively attend networking activities, industry conferences, and other events to identify investable opportunities and support building awareness of RevRoad within the wider venture ecosystem
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a related field
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Proactive mindset with a passion for technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship
