Outbound Sales Account Executive, Online Training

Registrar Corp is actively seeking an Outbound Sales Account Executive to join our growing Online Training Sales Team dedicated to enhancing the safety of America's food supply chain through online on-demand food safety, cosmetic, and medical device certification and training programs. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new business within the compliance industry including compliance professionals, retailers, CPG, and manufacturers. Our 5-star online training programs have certified over 25,0000 professionals world-wide.
Your responsibilities in this dynamic role include managing the entire sales cycle by prospecting new clients, conducting software solution demos, negotiating terms, and successfully closing deals. This position operates at a rapid pace with a quick sales cycle, providing an exciting opportunity for driven individuals to make a significant impact. You will also have the opportunity to sell our recipe analysis and nutrition software solution, A la Calc.
Role Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of our online training offerings and FDA regulatory requirements to best assist prospective and current clients
Manage the entire sales cycle, which includes identifying key decision makers and initiating new sales opportunities, securing meetings with prospects, delivering sales presentations, product demonstrations, communicating value propositions, and negotiating contracts
Maintain ongoing relationship management of existing clients for the generation of new and ongoing sales
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and metrics as outlined by sales leadership
Utilize interoffice communication software such as CRM, Microsoft Office, Vonage, etc.
Required Skills/Abilities
Ability to source, identify, and develop new sales
Experience nurturing opportunities from start to close
Ability to diagnose prospect needs and build relationships through a consultative approach
Skilled in conducting outbound calls to maximize sales opportunities and customer engagement
Possess cultural awareness with excellent presentation, communication, writing, and listening skills
Solid organizational skills with the capability to support multiple simultaneous projects.
Strong technical (system) and computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Education and Experience
At least 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume outbound Account Executive or SDR role
Experience selling regulatory solutions preferred

Base salary of $50k, OTE $65k; uncapped commission
