ABOUT THE JOB
The Customer Care Administrator responsibility is to ensure the services we are providing meet Owens Companies quality standards. As a CCA you will be expected to communicate with Owens customers when preventative maintenance work is to be scheduled, check with the customer on our performance once the maintenance is complete and turn over any concerns or issue to the Operations Manager.
