ABOUT THE JOB

The Customer Care Administrator responsibility is to ensure the services we are providing meet Owens Companies quality standards. As a CCA you will be expected to communicate with Owens customers when preventative maintenance work is to be scheduled, check with the customer on our performance once the maintenance is complete and turn over any concerns or issue to the Operations Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review all service tickets including time, description of work completed and status of work order in ordered to complete the work order/ visit so it can be billed in a timely manner.
  • Correspond with technicians to clarify any technical information.
  • Report quality issues or concerns to Operations Manager.
  • Work directly with the dispatchers to get preventative maintenance service scheduled.
  • Communicate with the customer on timing, which technician and when a PM is to be preformed. If any scheduling changes are needed.
  • Fill in for the commercial or residential dispatchers as needed and understand processes created by each dispatcher.
  • Take service calls when the dispatcher is tied up.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
  • Communicate with customers regarding past worked preformed and gage their level of satisfaction.
  • Maintain an organized workspace and properly file documents, updates, and product information so it is readily accessible for reference.
  • Work with management to meet company goals.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or GED 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • HVACR, or Mechanical knowledge
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Verbal & written communication skills 
  • Attention to detail and organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook
