Job Requirements:

Certified Nursing Assistant – CNA requirements:

• Licensed to practice in the state as a Certified Nursing Assistant – CNA
• A minimum of six months experience within the last year
• Current CPR certification
• Current physical or health statement
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills

LPN Requirements:

• Licensed to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN - within the State with an unencumbered license
• A minimum of one year experience within the last three years
• No criminal record
• Current CPR Certification
• Current Physical or Health Statement
