The position of Human Resources Intern is responsible for supporting administrative functions of the human resources department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Process new hire paperwork and employee information changes
-Coordinate onboarding of new employees
-Maintain databases
-Prepare reports
-Write staff communications
-Filing
-Assist Recruiter by scheduling interviews and posting ads as needed
-Assist Manager and Generalist with special projects as needed
Requirements:
-1-2 years' experience in office environment, preferably in Human Resources
-Interest in Human Resources & Recruiting
-Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent Microsoft Office and computer skills
-Attention to detail
-Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and tact
-College degree preferred, but not required
