**Job Summary:**
PackMasters Moving is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team in Decatur, AL as full time or part time . The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.
**Duties:**
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information about products and services
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns or sales opportunities
- Utilize data entry skills to update customer records and information
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze information and solve problems efficiently
- Experience with outbound calling and upselling techniques is advantageous
- Reliable transportation to and from work (daily)
