We have a unique opportunity to join our team as a high-level customer service representative in our Industry Groups department. This position is part time, but still allows a set schedule in a comfortable office environment. We are looking for 30 hours per week, 6 hours per day, Monday - Friday.

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Strong written and oral communication
• Great organization and attention to detail
• Quick thinker, adaptive learner

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Meeting planning or event planning experience

What you get to do:

• Plan meetings - manage all the details leading up to the event to ensure a successful meeting.
• Supply training and customer service to members.
• Work with venues and caterers to schedule events and plan menus.
• Research and build business credit reports.
• Process data files.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $28,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
