Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HEDIS Manager at MEDFLORIDA MEDICAL CENTERS located in Deerfield Beach, FL. The HEDIS Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management and execution of the Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) program. This includes leading a team, coordinating with various departments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, analyzing data, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.

• Strong knowledge and experience with HEDIS measures and related quality improvement programs
• Experience in managing and leading a team
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and quality standards
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Healthcare, Health Administration, etc.)
• Certification in HEDIS and/or related quality improvement programs is a plus
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
