LTA Manufacturing is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

Summary/Objective: The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) position is responsible for growing sales, maintaining good relations and provide conflict resolution with existing Bronze and Silver LTA Manufacturing customers, as well as growing the business by adding new customers when necessary. This can be achieved by using product and industry knowledge, customer training, pricing negotiation, promotions, and dealer development tools.

Essential Functions:

· Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of LTA’s products, services, marketing initiatives, and pricing structure.

· Seeks out prospective customers/business opportunities with new and existing customers.

· Establishes and maintains customer relationships in order to grow sales.

· Introduce new products and programs to customers.

· Reports competitive conditions and feedback from customers.

· Maintains ethical and professional customer relationships consistent with company image.

· Develops an effective and productive working relationship with the Regional Sales, Customer Service end operational team members.

· Fulfills customer needs for digital assets, pop material, product pricing, etc.

· Determine customer needs and propose appropriate long-term resolution.

· Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends and respond accordingly.

· Liaison between customers and company for up-to-date status of customers, markets, competition, service, and pricing strategies

· Responds to customer service inquiries and problem solving in a professional and effective manner by utilizing excellent process knowledge and strong skills in negotiation and selling.

· Provides customer feedback to Management team regarding product quality or service failures.

· Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business.

· Maintains working knowledge of LTA’s systems and processes.

· Advocates on behalf of LTA brands.

· Accesses the company’s internal systems to obtain and extract information to provide customer service management.

Employee Expectations:
Will be held accountable for KPIs such as daily/weekly calls, new and existing account penetration and monthly/quarterly quota.

Punctuality – Be on time. Work hours are set by plant location, lunch is 30mins up to 1 hour, and breaks are twice a day; one morning and one afternoon and are 10 minutes long. Otherwise, you are expected to be at your in office/plant workstation.

Personal cell phones are to be used only during breaks or lunches.

Teamwork – Be proactive. When you have free time, help others with their work or ask for additional tasks. All orders and parts tickets must be entered by the end of the day.

Positive Attitude – Always keep a positive attitude.

Physical Demands:

The employee is regularly required to sit; use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, talk, hear, and see. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or reach with hands and arms. The environment is fast paced; time pressured and requires accuracy. The employee will regularly multi-task between projects, be required to move throughout the building, and effectively communicate.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
