Job SummaryModern Property Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, is able to remain calm under pressure, and has prior scheduling experience in the residential and/or commercial service industry. Responsibilities
Receive a high volume of inbound calls and emails
Identify the reason for the customer’s call, collect relevant information, and provide solutions
Schedule repair and maintenance appointments
Document all customer interactions
Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
Liaise and coordinate with clients, residents, sub-contractors and MPS department leads
Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED
Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative and Scheduler or in a similar role - Required
Mastery level experience using CSR or POS computer system - Required (Service Titan is a plus)
Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
Understanding of active listening techniques
Ability to work well under pressure
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
