Military Technical Recruiting is Hiring a Process Engineer Near Carrollton, GA
Develop, document, train, integrate, and debug new and existing equipment and processes to support to the manufacturing operation while proactively seeking new equipment and ideas to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities include:
- Perform load leveling, priority assessment, high level troubleshooting, etc to support manufacturing and operations
- Create, maintain, and update databases and documentation
- Implement new equipment or processes and perform debugging, troubleshooting, and integration
- Participate in manufacturing product and process design NPI projects
- Ensure safety compliance including conducting safety reviews and requesting maintenance work orders
- Actively participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives and projects
- Perform defect analysis and yield / process / procedural improvements
Requirements
- Engineering or technical 4 yr degree
- Highly developed organization and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities
- Experienced with MRP systems (SAP or Oracle a plus)
- Manufacturing engineering and/or military technical experience
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement, 5S, Six Sigma, TPM, and/or Lean a plus
