Job Description
Milano's is looking for a friendly and professional server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and make them feel welcome
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Keep the dining area clean and organized
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a server preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
