Job Description:
We are seeking a professional Bartender who can create classic and innovative drinks exceeding our guests' needs and expectations. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Mixing traditional cocktails and designing new drinks inspired by Italian flavors
- Serving an array of Italian wines and understanding wine pairings with our menu offerings
- Engaging with guests to provide a memorable dining and drinking experience
- Taking beverage orders from customers and wait staff
- Assessing customer preferences and recommending beverage options
- Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements of serving alcoholic beverages
- Managing bar inventory and supplies
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bartender with a strong understanding of mixology, particularly Italian cocktails and wines
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry standards
- Ability to maintain an active and approachable demeanor throughout the shift
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Certification in food safety and alcohol service (e.g., TIPS certification)
