Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals, particularly children, with autism and other behavioral health needs. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy and implementing applied behavior analysis techniques to support patient care.

Duties:

- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Implement behavior intervention strategies to address challenging behaviors
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and caregivers
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans

Skills:

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques
- Strong understanding of medical documentation and patient care standards
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and data collection methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
