Prerequisites for applicants:
Customer Service experience
Possesses strong organizational skills and attention to detail
CPR/First Aid certification.
Completion of online and local in-person training.
Time commitment:
January - May: as available
June: 6/15/24 (11:30am - 4pm), 6/22/24 & 6/23/24 (8:30am - 4:30pm), 6/24/24 - 6/28/24 (8:30am - 1:30pm)
July: 20 hours per week
August: 10 - 15 hours per week
September - October: as available
Additional role requirements:
Monitoring of info@kceadvuentures.com email (and camps@kceadventures.com as necessary)
Monitoring and responding to Grasshopper for phone calls/texts
Monitoring Slack
Have a baseline familiarity with all KC&E programs and be an expert on all things happening at Kingdom Trails
Help with reconciling each week’s payroll for guides and or camp staff
Bi-monthly check-in meetings with owners and operation team, weekly during July
Ensuring all KT staff has what they need in order to execute their job successfully
On going problem solving
Navigating upset parents and/or clients
Coordination of Women’s Weekend and other skill clinics
Coordination of day tours
Assisting in coordinating KT kids camps
Ensuring all KT programs are coordinated
Office organization
Oversight of all things at KT
Monthly sit down with Guides to go through availability then to put into the calendar, get communications preferences etc.
Miscellaneous projects and tasks; being a small company we all wear multiple hats and are expected to assist with duties outside of our core roles from time to time, embodying teamwork

This is a SEASONAL position but there is the possibility for continued work through other company programs and activities

Schedule:
Typical schedule during peak season is Monday through Friday to support our kids camps, but availability on weekends for key clinics/events or training is expected
Experience:
Office Management (or related scope of responsibility): 3 years (Preferred)
Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)
Knowledgeable about the local trail system (Preferred)
License/Certification:
