Position Description
The CT E-Bike Experience Coordinator’s main responsibility is to create a welcoming and smooth environment for clients for our self-guided e-bike tours.
Responsibilities
Overview
Ensuring that our e-bikes are set up and ready to go for each client and event (you will receive training on this).
Weekend availability is a MUST
Maintaining the e-bike fleet; ensuring that necessary repairs are completed via local bike shop or mechanic, and that everything is in good working order at all times
This position will require that you can work most weekends during the “season” (spring, summer, and early fall) and will be a high-paced and energetic environment.
You will work on a tour-by-tour basis. You will deliver bikes and pick them up at the start and end of each tour, set up the bikes for customers, and help them get started on their self-guided tour
Tour start locations include: Bridgewater, Ridgefield, Warren, and Litchfield, but all e-bike will be picked up in Washington. Car with 2 bike rack a plus.
