KC&E Adventures is Hiring a Remote Customer Service Trip Concierge
This is a remote position.
Our customer service team provides a pivotal service to all of our clients and they are what makes this business tick! This is a remote position, though some in person events in Vermont or Connecticut may be necessary.
Responsibilities and Qualifications include:
Communicate with guests and domestic and international partners via phone and email
Every customer service trip concierge needs to provide exceptional customer service with a reassuring and optimistic attitude when communicating with current and prospective clients
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong grammar
Able to problem solve under pressure and make decisions with little to no direct oversight
Highly organized with the ability to wear many hats!
Identify and Execute opportunities to make the client experience exceptional
Warm, engaging, and enthusiastic about our travel offerings
Self motivated but enjoys working well in a team environment
