results? If so, then you may be interested in our Accounting,
Bookkeeping and Office Administrative Assistant position.
This role will work closely with our Fractional CFO and Associate
Vice President to handle monthly invoicing, bookkeeping,
financial reports, office administrative needs, and coordinate fun
team building activities for the company. The ideal candidate
will have invoicing, QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel experience
and be detailed oriented, resourceful, dedicated, and enjoys
helping others.

This is a hybrid remote position. Most daily tasks can be
performed remotely. In-person visits to the Dallas office will be
required at least once per week to perform office administrative
duties. Candidate should live within a 30-minute drive to our
office.

Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and create monthly project invoice packets to bill

approximately 30 - 40 clients.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly scorecards and reports for
leadership.
  • Work independently to record accounting activities (AP, AR,
data entry, etc.).
  • Office administration including maintaining office files,
supplies, equipment, service requests, mail, and organization
of office.
  • Coordinate Clicktime, company’s time tracking software for
staff and client billing data.
  • Create expense reports for leadership and reconcile to credit
card statements.
  • Coordinate activities for company team building and
engagement.
  • Assist leadership with miscellaneous tasks.
Qualifications
  • Minimum two years of invoicing

and bookkeeping experience

  • Accounting experience for an
architecture, engineering or
construction company is a plus
  • Two years QuickBooks experience
Project-oriented invoicing

and bookkeeping accounting
experience

  • Administrative Office Assistant
experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
(able to do formulas and work with
financial data, etc.)
  • Experience in Microsoft Outlook,
Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other
software
  • Strong organization skills and
proactive follow through on tasks
and reporting
  • Able to manage multiple
competing priorities
