results? If so, then you may be interested in our Accounting,
Bookkeeping and Office Administrative Assistant position.
This role will work closely with our Fractional CFO and Associate
Vice President to handle monthly invoicing, bookkeeping,
financial reports, office administrative needs, and coordinate fun
team building activities for the company. The ideal candidate
will have invoicing, QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel experience
and be detailed oriented, resourceful, dedicated, and enjoys
helping others.
This is a hybrid remote position. Most daily tasks can be
performed remotely. In-person visits to the Dallas office will be
required at least once per week to perform office administrative
duties. Candidate should live within a 30-minute drive to our
office.
