Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Human Resources Coordinator/Program Services Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, home care recruitment, and experience working with Interns/Volunteers.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate HR projects, meetings, orientations, and training sessions
- Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures
- Assist with workforce management tasks such as retention, scheduling and timekeeping
-Assist with our Senior Engagement Volunteer Program
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
-Strong recruitment and retention experience and skills
- Strong knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
