As a Customer Service Manager with State Farm Insurance Agent Jake Pinto, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experience that reinforce the growth of a modern successful insurance agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Primary focus is Service; Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Including, responding to phone / online / email inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, processing policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, billing clarification and resolving issues.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance coverages and options.
  • Establish long lasting customer relationships to identify sales, marketing and retention opportunities.
  • Supporting agency team members and their clients through the sales process. Sales retention, ability to resolve issues, concerns, questions is critical.
  • Assistant to Agent; performing a variety of administrative tasks such as screening and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing calendar, answering phone calls and email, producing reports, supply management, planning and preparing office / customer events, meetings, and promotional activities.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Dedicated to customer service.
  • Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, anticipate their needs, and identify sales opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills to assist, retain customers and coordinate with other agency team members.
  • Proactive in problem-solving
  • Possess or able to obtain Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • Possess or able to obtain Life and Health Insurance License
  • Bilingual - Spanish preferred
