HOPE'S MISSION AND CULTURE
Must be committed to the mission of Hope Fellowship
Love People: We want people to love God with everything they have. Regardless of where you are in with your walk of faith, at Hope, we strive to create a safe environment for all people to express their love to God. People are welcomed as they are! If you're still in the discovery process, we want you to simply come and experience God's love. Weekend messages are formed to speak to those who are at different places in their faith journey. Our heart is that individuals who don't yet know God, see and feel the love of God and the love of each other as they walk onto our campus.
Connect to Hope: The love of Christ is extended through relationships. We feel passionate that you don't just come and sit! We want you to build friendships and connect with others in an environment that allows you to be real and is encouraging. We believe that connecting with others is not only scriptural but also crucial in experiencing all that God has for you.
Grow in Community: Some of us grow best through community and discussion while others grow through study and reflection. Both are ways that God has uniquely created people to grow. Whatever way you grow best, just grow. If we stop growing we stop living the kind of life that God intended us to live. Hope has a variety of ways to help you in your growth journey including classes and Bible Studies, Home Groups, and personal growth opportunities.
Serve Others: It's vital that you get plugged in where God has gifted you and to serve within the church, the community, and the world. People matter to God and they matter to us. By serving in one of the many roles at Hope, you'll make a difference in the body of Christ and will build relationships and grow spiritually.
The person who fills this role will be working with every member of the Hope Students Team, as well as other support teams and outside vendors and guests. This person should reflect the culture statements of Hope Fellowship.
