An Operations Coordinator assists the Campus Operations teams with the day-to-day setup, administration, maintenance, and light custodial work necessary to keep the various Hope Fellowship facilities operational, and its ministries functioning. As a part of the Operations team, you take a hands-on behind-the-scenes role in everything that each ministry team does at Hope Fellowship. This role involves lifting up to 40 pounds, being on your feet most of the time, and having a willingness to do whatever is asked with a can-do attitude.
Responsibilities:
Small maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, touching up paint, small drywall repairs, etc.
Facilitate any table and chair setups as needed for our internal ministry events and outside events.
Occasional custodial duties as needed.
Assist with weekly inter-campus deliveries.
Must possess a strong work ethic with the ability to daily perform physical tasks.
Lift up to 40 pounds
Experience with building maintenance is preferred but not required.
Experience using a variety of hand and power tools.
Good time management skills to complete tasks on time and meet deadlines.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
