Description

An Operations Coordinator assists the Campus Operations teams with the day-to-day setup, administration, maintenance, and light custodial work necessary to keep the various Hope Fellowship facilities operational, and its ministries functioning. As a part of the Operations team, you take a hands-on behind-the-scenes role in everything that each ministry team does at Hope Fellowship. This role involves lifting up to 40 pounds, being on your feet most of the time, and having a willingness to do whatever is asked with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Small maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, touching up paint, small drywall repairs, etc.

• Facilitate any table and chair setups as needed for our internal ministry events and outside events.

• Occasional custodial duties as needed.

• Assist with weekly inter-campus deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must possess a strong work ethic with the ability to daily perform physical tasks.

• Lift up to 40 pounds

• Experience with building maintenance is preferred but not required.

• Experience using a variety of hand and power tools.

• Good time management skills to complete tasks on time and meet deadlines.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
