Overview:
We are a new Home Care Agency opening our doors to taking on clients currently. If you are a self starter and the idea of being a part of a start up company excites you, this would be an ideal opportunity for you. Due to being in the initial startup phase we are looking to bring someone on starting with 10 hours per week. This will ultimately grow to a 30 hours per week schedule as the company grows.
With that being said, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to oversee our company's daily operations and drive efficiency and growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, strategic planning, and senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity
-Build relationships with referral sources.
-Able to oversee the entire operation if the Administrator steps away
- Lead and manage the operations team to ensure seamless execution of business objectives
- Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and increase revenue
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure favorable terms
- Oversee project management activities to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational goals with overall company objectives
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Implement best practices in operations management to enhance organizational effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role with a focus on operations management
- Strong background in strategic planning and business development
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement initiatives
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
