Gentle Home Care is a newly emerging Home Care Agency and we are looking for a supervising nurse to help in networking and marketing as well as with other administrative tasks . Must be a LPN or RN with a Massachusetts License to be considered for this position. This position is ideal for nurses who are tired of bed side nursing and are looking to take on a managerial role within a Home Care Agency. The supervising nurse would be responsible for networking and building relationships with key players to help with collaboration and generating leads , communicating with families and caregivers and other parties involve in the clients care. Strong communication skills are required and the ability to speak about the company to others.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the agency with completing each intake form and providing accurate information

- Assist in forming intake processes and procedures

-Assist with assessing client current condition and creating a care plan for client

-Network building with referral sources

- Speaking with the clients families as needed

-supervising caregivers

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
