This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent. The specialist will also work on employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates. This role is located in McKinney, TX and requires the specialist to be present at the office. Qualifications

  • Experience in full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and hiring
  • Strong interviewing skills
  • Knowledge of employer branding strategies
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with hiring managers
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Highly detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Experience in the wireless telecom or IT industry is a plus
