Supervisory Responsibilities:
· Hire and train sales team
· Impart guidance, advice and knowledge in a mentoring environment
· Provide timely performance evaluations and feedback to individuals
· Handle discipline and termination of employee in accordance with company compliances and policies
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Provide support and direction for the sales team.
· Analyze weekly, monthly and quarterly operational and sales reports to maintain alignment with company goals and objectives.
· Create a trustworthy environment to help resolve any customer complaint or issue.
· Encourage, support, and motivate team to help maximize their productivity.
· Identify opportunities in the market for future growth and sales.
· Have a presence in the markets we serve as an industry expert.
· Collaborate with the executive team to develop KPI’s, metrics and quotas.
· Setting and budgeting long term and short-term expenses and budgets for sales department
· Assess existing process’ and procedures and provide insight to improvements.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/ Abilities:
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
· First-rate customer service and negotiation skills
· Servant leadership skills
· Must have attention to details and strong organizational skills.
· Willing to travel as needed. (Requires up to 25% travel during busy season)
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business (preferred) or proven track record of sales leadership experience
· Restorative Insurance experience a plus
