Dragonfly Therapeutics is Hiring a SAS Programmer Near Waltham, MA
Dragonfly Therapeutics seeks a SAS Programmer to perform programming tasks across all Dragonfly clinical trials, as well as assist with oversight and validation of CRO outsourced work.
Responsibilities:Vendor Oversight
- Review and approve ADaM and SDTM specifications sent by CRO
- Review SAP and TLF shells sent by CRO
- Review and approve DTS from the CRO
- Validate key outputs from the CRO: SDTM, ADaM, and TLF as required
- Escalate data concerns within the study team and Biometrics department
- Communicate the project requirements for cleanup and data capture to ensure the key study variables are suitable for analysis
- Attend CRO programming update meetings
- Respond to internal ad hoc requests for analysis
- Assist Dragonfly Clinical Pharmacology and Translational Medicine departments with data analysis as required
- Run monthly programmed data checks and data review listings for data management
- Record data issues in tracker as they are found in the course of programming work
- Assist with validation of data visualization system software
- Create standardized TLF to be used across all of Dragonfly's studies
- Minimum 5 years of experience programming in a biotech or CRO required
- High proficiency in SAS programming language, including basic macro development
- Oncology experience required
- SAS certification is a plus
- Good skill at programming graphical displays of data
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good knowledge of CDISC requirements, with experience programming SDTM and ADaM datasets.
- Efficient with time management, able to meet agreed upon programming timelines
- Excellent ability to trace and diagnose causes of programming validation issues
- Excellent communication with team regarding timelines and validation issues
