Donovan Rose Nester is Hiring a Paralegal - Experienced Near Belleville, IL
We are looking for an experienced paralegal to join our team.
If you are detail oriented, organized, have strong multi-tasking skills, a great work ethic and comfortable working in a fast paced environment we want you!
Responsibilities:
- Research – legal, medical, social.
- Be involved in all aspects of case from inception to trial.
- Reviewing incoming discovery and preparation of summaries.
- Identifying medical providers, collection and organization of records.
- Reviewing and summarizing of medical and other records obtained.
- Drafting of initial discovery responses for attorney review.
- Assist in preparation for trial.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Paralegal Studies.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
- Familiar with WestlawNext and/or LexisNexis Advance.
- Other technical skills are a bonus.
