DalaCasa Landscape Management is Hiring a Bookkeeper Near Fernandina Beach, FL
Due to continued growth in the Fernandina Beach, FL area, we are seeking to add a Bookkeeper to our team.
Responsibilities include:
- Branch invoicing and cash conversion
- Assist with job costing and reconciliations
- Assist with audit requests
- Process bank deposits, retrieval and post daily payments
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- AP processing
Required Skills
- Preferred experience in construction and/or landscaping offices
- Accounting skills and monthly billing
- Generate financial reports for management review
- Uphold a positive and professional work environment
- Excellent command of the English language in both written and oral form
- Ability to identify and meet customers' needs and requirements
- Strong attention to details and interest in preventing errors and solving problems
- Must be hardworking, a self starter and a problem solver
- Demonstrated excellence in organization and time-management skills
- Exceptional phone, customer service and interpersonal skills
