Seeking Rapid Response/On-Call Caregivers in the Phoenix valley (in clients' homes, one-to-one client interactions. NOT a group facility).

Qualifications You'll Need
  • Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance.
  • At least one year of verifiable caregiving experience.
  • In-person certifications for CPR and First Aid.
  • A clean criminal background.
  • TB test with negative results.
  • Level 1 fingerprint card (if you don't have it, we can help you navigate the process)

Bonus Points : Hospice experience, dementia care skills, or if you know your way around a Hoyer lift.

Responsibilities
  • Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
  • Light housekeeping and laundry duties.
  • Medication management and organization.
  • Escorting clients to medical appointments and daily errands.
  • Fostering meaningful relationships through compassionate care and engaging conversations.
  • Monitoring client health and reporting any significant changes to the team.
