• MD or DO from an Accredited Medical School - Required
• Completion of Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency - Required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Maryland medical license, CDS & DEA license Required

• Supportive and well-trained office coordinator and medical assistants
• 2 RN Care Navigators to assist with post-hospital and ED follow up
• Local social worker to support behavioral health
