Individual must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a project manager. Must be highly motivated with a passion for solving problems and empowering others to perform to the highest standards. The PM will be responsible for project performance, schedule and budget and therefore experienced with typical office and project management software (Master Builder by Sage, Microsoft Projects and Microsoft Excel & Word). Must understand aspects of design, estimating, value engineering, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, billing, and subcontract negotiations. Participate in client progress meetings to discuss all aspects of the project, effectively communicate issues and resolutions. Knowledge and effective administration of safety protocols for site activities.
