Design-Build Estimator (Sagamore Beach)
Twenty-three year old design-build firm with an excellent track record in commercial renovations and new construction seeks an experienced conceptual estimator. Strong design/build experience with an understanding of value engineering is a must. Architectural/engineering or construction management educational background is desired but not required. This is a key staff position and the successful candidate can join existing staff to participate in a rapid expansion program. We have an 'in-house' architectural department with a close working relationship during the pre-construction phase. New marketing focus in high end-residential work in addition to existing commercial/medical/automotive clients. Southeastern Massachusetts office with projects throughout eastern MA
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
