KLR is a Top 100 Accounting Firm and one of the fastest growing professional services firms in New England. Due to growth, we are seeking an Audit Supervisor to join our Non Profit group, based out of our Providence, RI or Boston, MA offices on a flexible hybrid basis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform diversified accounting and auditing, with a focus on non-profit clients in the industries mentioned above
• Demonstrate competency in technical skills, work quality, and application of professional and firm standards
• Participate in planning and scheduling client engagements
• Direct, evaluate, and mentor junior staff
• Prepare and review working papers, financial statements and reports
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and our team
• Embody an excellent client service mindset in representing the Firm

Job Qualifications:

• BS in Accounting // Master’s degree preferred
• CPA or CPA track
• 3 years of experience auditing Not-for-Profit Organizations as well as those requiring audits under the Uniform Guidance
• Polished analytical and research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Demonstrated supervisory ability, strong operational and project management skills
• High proficiency in use of computers and applicable software programs
