Job Summary:
Lee Air Services is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries
- Enter customer data and update account information in the system
- Provide excellent phone etiquette and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- Assist with outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer inquiries or promotions
- Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus)
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Sales experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
