About us
Colorado Dermatology Institute is a busy dermatology practice striving to provide quality care to our patients. We are a fast paced clinic with two locations serving the Colorado Springs area.
The Human Resources Assistant will support the department by recruiting, screening and coordinating all new employees through the onboarding process, creating and updating job postings, handling outgoing correspondence and scheduling and recording meetings. This position is vital to the smooth running of our department and demands an organized, competent individual who can prioritize multiple tasks.
This position will also have a significant role in inventory management including scanning in/out stock and updating inventory system. Putting up stock as needed.
This person will maintain all employee records and handle many day to day tasks needed by our employees.
Responsibilities:
This position is 100% in office and your time will be spent between two locations. 3/4 days a week will be at our North location and 1/2 days will be at our South location.
