Chapman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram of Scottsdale is searching for FCA Certified technicians to provide dependable and high quality vehicle maintenance and repairs for our valued customers.

All levels of FCA Certifications are accepted.

Core Responsibilities :

• Test, diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Inform the Service Advisor of additional services needed, providing labor, time and parts estimates for repair
• Perform work specified on the repair order per dealership processes
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
• Perform quality control checks for repaired vehicles to ensure repairs are complete

Desired Qualifications and Experience :

• 2 years of automotive technician experience preferred
• FCA Certification required , level 1-3 accepted; ASE Certifications are a plus
• Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing and maintaining air conditioning and drivability systems
• Thorough workmanship demonstrating excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Hours and Work Environment

The Service Department is open Monday Friday 7am to 6pm and Saturday 7am to 5pm.
